Frequently asked questions

Classes, teachers, scheduling and pricing: the answers parents ask us for most.

Classes

How do online Quran classes work?

Classes are live audio and video, on a phone or computer, and parents can join any class.

How long is each class?

The standard class is a full hour, and we adjust it to each student’s age, focus and needs. Every class is 1-on-1: one student, one teacher.

Which app do you use?

Zoom / Google Meet. We send the link before each class.

How do you find my child’s level?

In the free assessment class, the teacher checks your child’s level, strengths and gaps, and we suggest a learning plan.

Teachers

Who are Raheeq’s teachers?

45+ male and female teachers who have memorized the Quran, hold a connected Ijazah, and have experience teaching kids and non-Arabic speakers.

What if my child doesn’t click with the teacher?

Ask for a new teacher any time, for free. If you’re not happy within your first 10 days, we refund your first month in full.

Can I choose a female teacher?

Yes, choose a male or female teacher when you book.

Scheduling & progress

How do you handle time zones?

We schedule classes in your local time. We teach 24/7, every day of the week, so there’s always a slot that fits.

What if my child misses a class?

Tell us in advance and we’ll make it up, in line with our attendance policy.

How will I know my child is progressing?

You get a short weekly update and a detailed monthly report, and you can reach the teaching team any time.

Pricing & payment

Is there a long contract?

No. Plans are monthly. Renew, switch plans each month, or upgrade mid-month.

Yes, just let us know, and you won’t lose your remaining classes.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes, each extra child from the same family gets 10% off.
